Boys Soccer Head Coach
Position

Northeast Bradford School District has the following supplemental contract position available for the 2020-2021 school year.  This position would involve a commitment to the student-athlete, passion for the game, and the ability to coach and motivate.  The well-qualified applicant must possess a strong knowledge of fundamental soccer skills and strategies, team dynamics, and a willingness to work within the goals of the Northeast Bradford soccer program. The successful candidate will stress character and personal development within the program and in the community.

Requirements and Expectations
  • Attend and run manage all practices
  • Be present at all games during the fall season
  • Develop and implement daily practice plans
  • Organize and guide all offseason activities
  • The position is responsible for coaching student-athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition
  • The candidate will be responsible for the organization, management, administration, and coaching of the soccer program
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Principal and Athletic Director.

High School Principal
Position

The Northeast Bradford School District is seeking a motivated, persistent and creative educator who can align a school’s resources, systems, and people around a rigorous instructional program. The principal for the District will serve as the instructional and operational leader of the school. They will provide a clear vision for learning for all students; ensure a safe, secure and orderly learning environment; and, cultivate strong relationships with and acts in service to diverse stakeholders including families and communities. The candidate is expected to promote high-quality instructional practices, passionately enjoy working with children and believe that all students can achieve. Additionally, they are responsible for supporting differentiated professional growth and building the leadership capacity of staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, articulate, steward, and operationalize a clear vision for learning for all students and implement a strategic plan to accomplish that vision
  • Ensure that all school stakeholders can articulate a clear and shared vision for learning
