Each year we collect items to send to a member of the military and his/her fellow soldiers through our Stockings for Soldiers campaign. We have been doing this project for 18 years now, and with the exception of one year, every recipient has been a graduate of Northeast Bradford. This year we are sending the stockings to Dusty Cook. If you would like to help us in this campaign, there are a few ways to get involved.
You can purchase items on the attached list and give them to Mrs. Morris or Angie Bellinger. You can donate money for the purchase of items. You can write notes (or have your kids write notes) that we can put in the stockings, you can purchase stockings, or you can purchase items and fill a stocking. Anything that you can do to help us out would be greatly appreciated. We also need ziplock bags (of all sizes) to package smaller items or breakable items.
We will be collecting from now until December 8th.
