Right-to-Know Policy
This policy establishes procedures to ensure the district complies with the requirements of the Right-to-Know Act, 65 P.S. § 66.1 et seq, which allows residents of the United States to inspect and obtain copies of public records.
Right-to-Know Regulations
These administrative regulations guide the district’s Open Records Officer determine whether a request record constitutes a public record that is subject to disclosure under the Right to Know Act.

Appeals Process
If your Right-to-Know request is deemed denied, you have the right to challenge any such deemed denial. To do so, you must file an appeal within 15 business days from the date of such denial or the mailing date of the Agency’s response. The appeal must explain the reasons why you believe the requested record is a public record subject to disclosure. Submit appeal via fax at (717) 425-5343 or via mail:
