Tax Payments and Receipts

You may mail all tax payments with bills to:

Deliver to First Citizens Bank
You may also make payments in person at any First Citizens Bank branch.
RECEIPTS
Receipts are issued by request, and not released until the tax payments clear the bank. You may request a receipt by:
Mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your payment.
Emailing your request to taxreceipts@nebpanthers.com.
Please include the tax bill number or parcel number for all taxes in which a receipt is being requested.
ESCROWED TAXES
If your real estate taxes are escrowed, it is your responsibility forward the tax bill to the mortgage company.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Address changes are made upon taxpayer notification. You may request an address change by:
Calling the business office at (570) 744-2521, ext. 2205.
Noting the new address on your bill. (If you send the address change to the lockbox, it cannot be updated without a receipt request.)
