TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
All transcript requests must be submitted in writing to the Guidance Office, using the Transcript Request Form. Upon receiving the form, transcripts are processed within 2 business days.
Transcripts are sent directly to the specific institution listed on the form.
Fees
For current students or those who graduated within the past year, transcripts are free. For former students who graduated prior to this time, there is a $5 fee. Mail a money order or check (made payable to NEB) to the address listed below.
