Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Northeast Bradford School District. The District values the unique contributions made by parent and community volunteers to the educational programs of the District.

All volunteers and chaperones must complete a volunteer information packet, obtain clearances/TB, and receive Board approval prior to serving in our schools.

Complete the Volunteer Information Packet and return the packet and all required clearances and TB testing to Sharon Goble in the business office.

Obtain all required clearances.

  • PA Child Abuse History Certification
    Provide a copy less than 60 months old or apply at 

  • PA State Police Criminal History Record Information
    Provide a copy less than 60 months old or apply at 
    https://epatch.state.pa.us/. Volunteer clearance is FREE, if you click “volunteer” as the purpose.

  • Federal Criminal History Report (Not necessary if you have been a Pennsylvania resident for ALL of the last 10 years.)
    Provide a copy less than 60 months old or pre-register online at 
    https://uenroll.identogo.com/. After pre-registering online, take your confirmation to complete fingerprinting at Futures in Towanda (Tuesday-Thursday, 10 am to 2 pm).

  • Mandated Reporter Training:  Go to www.reportabusepa.pitt.edu.

  • TB Testing:  Results of a tuberculosis test completed within the last 90 days per School Code Section 1418. 

Provide all required documents to Sharon Goble in the District Office.

After the Volunteer Information Packet, TB testing, and ALL clearances have been received, the volunteer applicant will be presented to the Board of Education and will be notified of the decision.
