The Elementary SAP team is a group of trained, dedicated, school employees who are working together in order to assist students and families with environmental, emotional, and/or behavioral barriers to education. If you are aware of a student facing any of these difficulties, please use the online referral form for the student using the link below or print, fill out, and mail a paper copy.
